Responsible for the UX Ops design team. My main focus is implementing strategies and initiatives based on three pillars: discipline, tools, and training, generating direct impact across Santander’s design organization and contributing to both collective and individual growth of designers.

Led the core design team, enabling product teams to create high-quality user experiences through the creation and implementation of the local design system. Defined visual interface direction while ensuring consistency with Santander’s global ecosystem.
